Brand "owners" can control who has access to their dashboard in Vantage. There is no limit to the number of users that can access a brand dashboard. Your colleagues, agency partners and other team members are all welcome!
If you are the "owner" of your brand account, follow these steps to invite and/or remove team members from the dashboard:
- Log into Vantage platform
- Click the menu in the top right corner (where your brand name & logo appear)
- Select "Settings"
- From the menu on the right, select "Team"
- Invite Team Member - Insert email & click "Send Invite"
- Remove Team Member - Click the red "Remove" button next to their account information in the Team list
If you are not the "owner" for the brand dashboard, follow the same steps as above to find who from your team can send invitations on your behalf. The "owner" will have "Owner" next to their account information in the Team list.
All invitations to join the dashboard will be sent through email. If the email does not appear in the inbox, please first check spam/junk folders before contacting support.
